SEAC WAS FOUNDED IN 2001

Saint-Etienne Automotive Components was founded in 2001 by JTEKT and Somic. Somic Ishikawa, the majority shareholder (75%), based in Japan, has ten subsidiaries worldwide The expertise developed by Somic Ishikawa for over a century is now offered in Europe through SEAC.
